Yutori — Terms & Conditions

These terms are between you and Unsal Digital for the iOS app named Yutori. If you use Yutori, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The app
Yutori is a personal app of small activities you do on your own phone. Unsal Digital offers it. Yutori is the name of the app. It is not a separate company, and that name is not responsible for any use of the app.
2. We do not collect your data
Yutori does not collect your data. Your name, notes, photos, progress, and settings stay on your device. We cannot see them. Because we do not receive them and cannot collect them, we have no responsibility for them. They belong entirely to you. If you want a copy, you back it up and import it yourself. We do not do that for you.
3. No advertising
We guarantee that Yutori does not publish advertising.
4. Activities and updates
The activities in Yutori are updated over time. A new activity reaches your phone only when you download an update yourself. Without an update you install, we cannot change the app from outside, and we cannot intervene in it in any other way. Downloading updates is your responsibility.
5. Camera and photos
If Yutori asks to use your camera, it is only so you can bring in a photo, such as a profile picture or a picture with a note. If you do not allow it, you can still use the app. Declining this permission does not stop the rest of Yutori.
6. Notifications
If you do not allow notifications, the app continues to work as it otherwise does. If you allow them, you will receive the reminders Yutori has set. You can turn that permission off later in your iPhone settings.
7. Clear All My Data
Clear All My Data deletes the Yutori data stored on your phone. That deletion is permanent. Nothing is guaranteed to come back, and we cannot restore it, because we never hold a copy. The data is yours. Erasing it is your choice, and the responsibility for that choice is yours. The app asks you to confirm before it deletes anything.
8. Your backup
If you make a backup, that copy is yours alone. You keep it, and you bring it back if you choose. We never receive it, we cannot see it, and we cannot restore it for you. Losing the copy, and what happens when you restore it, is entirely your responsibility. You accept that before a backup can be made.
9. Availability and price
There is no guarantee about how long you will be able to use Yutori, or that use will continue without interruption. It may be closed to new use at any time, and the price may increase. If you have already bought Yutori, you can download it again at no extra charge with the same Apple account you used to buy it. That does not keep today's price for someone who has not bought it.
10. While Unsal Digital exists
For as long as Unsal Digital exists, Yutori is guaranteed to exist as well. Updates still have to be downloaded by you. If Unsal Digital no longer exists, that guarantee ends.
11. Your licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Yutori on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's rules and these terms. You do not own the app's code or its writing. You may not copy it for sale, resell it, or reverse engineer it, except where the law does not allow this limit.
12. Acceptable use
Use Yutori for yourself. Do not use it to harm another person, to break the law, or to interfere with the app. You are responsible for what you write and for the photos you add.
13. Screenshots and screen recordings
In parts of Yutori where screenshots and screen recordings are blocked, taking them is not allowed. If a screenshot or recording is obtained anyway, sharing it is strictly forbidden. Unsal Digital reserves the right to enforce its legal rights if this rule is broken.
14. No warranty
Yutori is provided as it is. Apart from what these terms expressly promise, there is no guarantee that it will be free of errors, fit for a particular purpose, or available without a break.
15. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Unsal Digital is not liable for data stored only on your device, for how you use an activity, or for indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
16. Apple
These terms are between you and Unsal Digital, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Yutori or for these terms, and Apple has no duty to support the app. If someone claims the app infringes their intellectual property, Unsal Digital, not Apple, is responsible for that claim to the extent the law requires.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date on this page changes when we do. Because we cannot change the copy already on your phone from outside, a new version of these terms reaches you when you download an update. If you keep using Yutori after that, the updated terms apply.
